If you cancel up to 30 days before the start date of the assignment, 30% of the interpretation fee will be charged.
If you cancel from 29 days before to 14 days before the start date of the assignment, 50% of the interpretation fee will be charged.
If you cancel from 13 days before to 2 days before the start date of the assignment, 75% of the interpretation fee will be charged.
For cancellations the day before and on the day of the assignment, as well as cancellations without prior notice, the full interpretation fee will be charged.

In addition, for cancellations related to arrangements for visits by companies or public institutions, business meetings, limousine or bus rentals, hotel bookings, and coordination of filming or interviews, 100% of the service costs, interpretation fee, and arrangement fee will be charged, as there are payments and communications involved with the providers.

Finally, we cannot accommodate requests for refunds after the work has been completed.
